Not gonna lie, the ordering process was kind of annoying. The checkout kept lagging on me, and when I reached out for help, support took a while to get back. It eventually worked out, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

Had to ask twice about my refund. Bit annoying. But they did sort it in the end. Money came back after a few days. Not perfect, but fair enough overall

I ordered from Provengo and the item did arrive in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much there... everything was fine once it showed up.
The shipping just took a little longer than I expected. It was a few extra days, and the tracking didn’t update much along the way, which was kind of frustrating.
Overall, it was an okay experience... not bad, but not amazing either. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something quickly

I was so frustrated with this order. The wrong items showed up, and the delivery date was completely off too. I was expecting one thing and got a whole different situation instead, which felt way more annoying than it should have been...

I checked out Provengo hoping I could compare a few different options, but honestly... the selection felt limited. A lot of the things I was looking for just weren’t there.

The categories seemed kind of thin, and some of the products felt random, like they only carry bits and pieces of certain stuff. It made shopping more frustrating than anything.

Maybe it’s fine if you already know the exact item you need, but if you’re trying to browse or find alternatives... not really. I ended up leaving and buying somewhere else

I didn’t have a terrible experience or anything, and the issue I had wasn’t super complicated. I was mostly just trying to get a quick answer so I could move forward, but after checking my inbox a few times and waiting around, it ended up taking a few days before support got back to me.

I’ve used a few discount sites before, so I kind of knew what to expect when I checked out provengo.com. It was a bit hit or miss for me. Some of the deals were actually helpful, but there were also times when I couldn’t find anything that worked for what I needed. The site itself was easy enough to use, which I appreciated. I just wish the valid offers were easier to find or that they had more consistent discounts. Overall, not bad, but average in my experience

I found a few of the things I needed, so it wasn’t a bad trip, but some sizes were just completely gone. I noticed it especially with the medium and large options, where the tags were still there on the shelf but the actual items weren’t. Not the end of the world, I just wish the inventory online or in-store was updated a little more accurately.

I don’t feel like this was worth the money. For what you actually get, the price seems way too high. Maybe I was expecting more, but I ended up disappointed. Did anyone else feel the same way?

I ordered some boots and a jacket from provengo, and the sizing was close to what I expected. The boots fit good overall, and the jacket was just a little snug, but not really a big deal. Happy with it overll.

I ordered from Provengo and at first the item looked fine, but once I actually started using it, the quality just felt cheap. The stitching wasn’t even, and one area started showing wear after only a couple uses. It does the job, sort of, but for what I paid I expected a lot better. Shipping was fine, so I’ll give them that, but if this is the kind of quality I can expect, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else next time
